USRunPups virtual races have been a lifesaving and life changing discovery. Sheltering in place has created so many challenges and has been a real drain on the ability to easily head to the gym. While gyms won't make you any better, faster, or stronger without putting in the hard work, they do provide a sense of mental motivation. With gyms being shut down, virtual races have been the motivation that I need. Keep it up RunPups!! Let's keep collecting metals instead of excuses!!
